Every report we release is reviewed by a qualified clinician — a pathologist, radiologist, or relevant specialist — before it reaches you. Detailed profiles of our consultants will be added here soon.
Reports are not released purely on automated output. The relevant specialist reviews findings, correlates them where needed, and signs off before the report reaches the patient.
Haematology, biochemistry and clinical pathology reports reviewed by a qualified pathologist.
Ultrasound and digital X-ray studies reported by a qualified consultant radiologist.
ECGs and cardiac panels reviewed for clinical correlation by a consultant cardiologist.
Culture, sensitivity and stain analyses interpreted by a clinical microbiologist.
Hormone, autoimmune and infection panels validated by a qualified biochemist.
Daily internal QC runs and periodic external proficiency checks across every analyzer.
Consultant profiles, qualifications, and photographs will be published here shortly.
Our medical technologists, phlebotomists and front-desk staff form the backbone of the centre. They are the ones who greet you, draw your sample, run the analyzers, and make sure your report reaches you on time. We invest in their training quarterly — covering phlebotomy technique, biosafety, instrument maintenance, and patient communication.
We hire locally. Every single person on our team is from the Valley, and many have been with us since we opened.
Trained on automated analyzers across haematology, biochemistry, immunology and microbiology.
Certified sample collectors — including gentle-hand technicians for paediatric draws.
Patient coordinators who handle bookings, reports, and any question you may have about your test.
We're always open to meeting trained medical technologists, phlebotomists and front-office professionals. If you care about the quiet craft of getting a report right, we'd love to hear from you.
